A origem dessa justiça especializada no Brasil se deu através da Lei 7,244/19,4, sendo inspirada nas SCC’s (Small Claim Court) dos Estados Unidos da América, em especial no Juizado de Pequenas Causas de Nova Iorque.
It is agreed that continuing education programs play a relevant role in teaching practice, especially when developed with teachers in the early years of Basic Education because of the need for a polyvalent training that requires knowledge of different areas of education and which are not usually applied in the pedagogy courses.

It is part of the scope of public policy research, specifically focusing on the inclusion of public students of special Education in the regular school and the right to attend to their special educational needs through differentiated pedagogical practices.

Although beta-lactam agents were initially effective in the treatment of staphylococcal and gram-positive infections, the continuous increase in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) triggered the reliance on non-lactating agents for treatment, especially Vancomycin, which also started to be ineffective against some resistant strains.
Embora os agentes beta-lactâmicos inicialmente fossem eficazes no tratamento de infecções estafilocócicas e gram-positivas, o aumento contínuo de Staphylococcus aureus meticilina-resistentes (MRSA) desencadeou a dependência de agentes não-lactâmicos para tratamento, em especial à Vancomicina, que também começou a apresentar ineficácia diante de algumas cepas resistentes.
