Investigar os novos paradigmas estabelecidos pela Lei nº 13,467, de 13 de julho de 20,7 e a existência de violação à garantia constitucional de acesso à justiça, a partir da análise das alterações processuais quanto à mudança dos requisitos para concessão do benefício da justiça gratuita; pagamento de honorários periciais; pagamento de custas na hipótese de arquivamento em razão da ausência do trabalhador à audiência; implementação do modelo de quitação anual do contrato individual de trabalho; assinatura do termo de quitação anual de obrigações trabalhistas e inserção de cláusula arbitral em contrato individual para determinados empregados, na medida em que as modificações legislativas não somente impactam na garantia de direitos, na precarização das relações de trabalho e na violação de direitos materiais trabalhistas, mas representam retrocesso social no que diz respeito à garantia dos direitos sociais e às prerrogativas processuais que facilitam o acesso aos direitos conquistados pelos trabalhadores.
