Two types of wastes were used: Bijú (Wastes obtained through the scratching and sweeping of the floor of the growth and termination stalls) and the Dry Sifted Wastes - DSW (Wastes obtained through the sifting of the solid part of the material contained in the of water sheet of the stalls and in the water of washing of the stalls).
Utilizaram-se dois tipos de dejetos: o Bijú (Dejeto obtido através da raspagem e varredura do piso das baias de crescimento e terminação) e o Dejeto Peneirado Seco – DPS (Dejeto obtido através da peneiração da parte sólida do material contido na lâmina d'água e na água da lavagem das baias).
Samples of emulsion were evaluated using laboratory tests such as viscosity, Saybolt Furol, sedimentation, particle charge, residue by evaporation, sifting, pH, breaking rate emulsifying, penetration, elastic recovery, softening point and ductility.
As amostras de emulsão foram avaliadas através de análises laboratoriais, tais como: viscosidade Saybolt-Furol, sedimentação, carga da partícula, resíduo por evaporação, peneiração. pH, desemulsibilidade, penetração, recuperação elástica, ponto de amolecimento e ductilidade.
One concluded that the winnowing and filtration in set are indispensable in the extration of the active components of the seeds; the concentration that presented the best ones resulted was of 1,0mg/L, having an efficiency in the band of 60,70% in the removal of turbidez and 25,40% of color of the rude water sample, after the second time ending of sedimentation, with the filtered and prepared coagulante solution with the new seeds for methodology 2.
Concluiu-se que a peneiração e filtração em conjunto são indispensáveis na extração dos componentes ativos das sementes; a concentração que apresentou os melhores resultados foi a de 1,0mg/L, tendo uma eficiência na faixa de 60,70% na remoção da turbidez e 25,40% de cor da amostra de água bruta, após o término do segundo tempo de sedimentação, com a solução coagulante filtrada e preparada com as sementes novas pela metodologia 2.
