Pursuant to the recommendation of the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics, the three-point seat belt should be used, keeping the lap belt as low and tight as possible, provided that the shoulder belt should cross the middle of the shoulder, passing between the breasts, never across the abdomen.
Conforme recomendação da Sociedade Brasileira de Pediatria, o cinto a ser usado deve ser o de três pontos, mantendo a faixa subabdominal tão baixa e ajustada quanto possível, sendo que a faixa diagonal deve cruzar o meio do ombro, passando entre as mamas, nunca sobre o útero.
